Sleep Arcade / Sleepy Pal Account & Data Deletion Request
Sleep Arcade / Sleepy Pal respects your privacy, and offers you direct control over your account and personal data.
If you wish to delete your Sleep Arcade / Sleepy Pal account and all associated data, please follow the steps below:
How to Request Account Deletion
Email a request to info@sleepypalapp.com from the email address associated with your Sleep Arcade / Sleepy Pal account (such as your Google or Apple account email).
Please include the phrase "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.
In the body, mention:
Your app user ID (if available, found in the app settings)
The email address you used to sign in
Any additional details to help us verify your identity
What Happens Next
We will confirm your request within 7 days.
All app account information and associated usage data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
Your account cannot be restored once deleted.
You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
Important Notes
Deleting the app from your device does not automatically delete your account or app-related data. Please use the email request above to ensure full data deletion.
If you have made in-app purchases through Apple or Google, your payment history may also be subject to Apple/Google retention policies (your purchase history in our app will be deleted).
Data processed by Apple, Google, or Firebase as part of login/authentication is not controlled by Sleep Arcade / Sleepy Pal. Please refer to their respective privacy centers for further deletion requests.
