Sleep Arcade / Sleepy Pal Account & Data Deletion Request

Sleep Arcade / Sleepy Pal respects your privacy, and offers you direct control over your account and personal data.

If you wish to delete your Sleep Arcade / Sleepy Pal account and all associated data, please follow the steps below:

How to Request Account Deletion

  • Email a request to info@sleepypalapp.com from the email address associated with your Sleep Arcade / Sleepy Pal account (such as your Google or Apple account email).

  • Please include the phrase "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.

  • In the body, mention:

    • Your app user ID (if available, found in the app settings)

    • The email address you used to sign in

    • Any additional details to help us verify your identity

What Happens Next

  • We will confirm your request within 7 days.

  • All app account information and associated usage data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

  • Your account cannot be restored once deleted.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

Important Notes

  • Deleting the app from your device does not automatically delete your account or app-related data. Please use the email request above to ensure full data deletion.

  • If you have made in-app purchases through Apple or Google, your payment history may also be subject to Apple/Google retention policies (your purchase history in our app will be deleted).

  • Data processed by Apple, Google, or Firebase as part of login/authentication is not controlled by Sleep Arcade / Sleepy Pal. Please refer to their respective privacy centers for further deletion requests.
