Sleep Arcade / Sleepy Pal (“we,” “our,” or “the App”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Information We Collect
Sign in with Apple: Users may log in with their Apple ID to save progress or enable optional features.
Email Address: If provided, we may email you about app updates, promotions, or offers. Emails would be obtained through Sign in with Apple. Users can use Apple’s Private relay option to hide their real email if desired.
Usage Data Linked to Email: Usage data (e.g., games played, session duration, features used) may be linked to your email address / Apple ID to provide a personalized experience.
Device Identifier (Device ID): We automatically collect a device identifier via Firebase to monitor app performance, crashes, and analytics. This information is used internally.
Performance and Crash Data: We collect performance metrics (such as app launch time, hang rate, memory/CPU usage) and crash logs to maintain app stability and improve functionality. This data is collected at the device level and is not linked to your personal identifiers.
Purchase History / Subscription Status: If you purchase a subscription or premium plan, we collect information about your purchase to unlock app features and customize your experience. This data may also be used internally for analytics or targeted marketing (for example, sending offers only to non-subscribers).
Analytics: We use Firebase to store and analyze usage data linked to email / Apple ID to help us improve the app.

To provide a personalized app experience.

3. Sharing Your Data
We do not sell personal data.
Firebase may process usage data linked to email for analytics purposes only.
RevenueCat uses personal data primarily to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions, and provide subscription functionality.
We do not share your personal information with other third parties.
4. Payment Information
Any in-app purchases are handled through Apple. We do not collect or store payment information.
5. Security
Reasonable measures are in place to protect personal data stored in Firebase, including your email and usage data.
No method of transmission over the Internet or storage system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13. The app is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Emails collected via Sign in with Apple are subject to Apple’s consent mechanism; children under 13 cannot provide consent through this system.
7. Your Rights
